Provide the evaluation context
Describe an agent, provide a website, or paste a response or conversation. Text files can supply transcripts and policies. Website inputs use the existing agent greeting and public-page research.

Review the context
Edit the AI-suggested summary, categories, evaluation focus and policies. Multiple categories can apply. Your confirmed context is used to suggest questions.

Define the assessment questions
AI derives review questions and formats from the supplied material. Edit the proposed binary judgments, grades or reply preferences. Actual responses are preserved from their source; missing responses are identified.

Confirm responses and review
Planned next steps: confirm the supplied responses or add missing ones, then review the criteria and credit allocation. Preference comparisons require two actual alternatives. These steps are not implemented in the new UX prototype.

A completed review brings the task, response, verdicts, and validator disagreement together. Explore the sample to see the report format.
